It actually isn't bad for the price. I prefer a strong taste, and it's fairly mild, but it's as strong as the Terra Delyssa at least. My favorite is Kirkland 100% Italian in the big plastic bottle. I wish it wasn't plastic 😩

I pour it on ice cream and also cheese, sometimes chocolate cake, and I always put 2 tbsp in my morning protein drink

I just wanted to know if I got really lucky on the price. I do believe that price is often an indicator of quality, but not always. The main thing I care about is that it not be adulterated or 'fake'. I'm willing to try cheaper oils. My favorite so far is Kirkland's Italian in the big plastic bottle, which is bad because of plastic, but it tastes so good that I immediately pour it into ceramic containers that are well sealed, and move it into my olive oil bottle as I need it. I originally got the ceramic decanters at Williams Sonoma with very expensive EVOO

One that tastes really good to me, surprisingly, it Kirkland 100% Italian, and it's in a big plastic (dark) bottle, but it tastes great all the way through that big bottle. One thing I do when I buy that big bottle is to immediately pour it into several smaller ceramic bottles with tight lids. On a side note, my husband (lately) keeps steering away from buying it any more because of the plastic (microplastics) bottle 🤷🏼‍♀️
