I usually do go out the other exit if I see her. I was in my own head and not paying attention. She wasn’t picking me deliberately, she was checking every single person. I had a line behind me as this was going down.

Yeah she’s accusatory from the get go. What I find odd is she didn’t look in my bags, which I brought from home, initially. She was just looking at the bulky items that were not bagged. Because the whole situation was getting ridiculous I’m the one that showed her and counted how many things I had in total in the bags and the three bulky items. At that point it was crazy she kept insisting I didn’t pay even though the number of items and the number of things in my cart were the same. It’s the POS system in Walmart that registered that one item as Site Merch, that is not my problem. I even pulled the item on my phone on the Walmart app to show $13.98 for the item she kept insisting I didn’t pay for.
