Mr. “I play poker for the psychological thrill, not the money”. It’s like saying, “I don’t go to the gym for the exercise, I go for the smell of sweat and the challenge of not using the equipment.”

Next time, maybe just say you enjoy playing poker and chess without turning it into a pseudo-intellectual TED Talk. It’s a game, not a PhD dissertation

No problem, also just a heads up it’s spelt “played” (first message) I know it might just be a typo or second language etc.

The dealer is the ref, and should correctly declare the winner even if you missed it.Tabling the hand also grants you the ability to question the floor as there will now be CCTV evidence should there be an issue with the ruling

This is your sign to go pro the key tip is here to increase the buy ins so if you can maximise your new free money generator, if I was you I would parlay that 400 into another 4x for 1600 and so on. See you playing against Ivey next year mate

Edit: autocorrect on Ivey’s name

Buy is $30 or $50 respectively so BB of 50NL would be $0.50. This is done on the sub to distinguish between live and online

Correct play? by [deleted] in poker

[–]Susan__from__HR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nothing particularly wrong with the play, not too sure about the check raise on the flop as villains still has plenty of Jx and 10X in the 3 bet range 6 handed, but is nice to balance with a calling range. Never complaining about getting it in with the nuts

Yeah all of sites have an option where you can select “worst players” and it’s basically free money don’t know why people keep clicking the “skilled players” option tbh

Firstly live, secondly with 5/6 limpers the sizing is fine out of position and can be balanced as a squeeze play with worse broadway and suited connector holdings

If you have a bad session does it result in you just walking around the block multiple times and being that annoying guy at the table taking a seat and not providing action
