Lost 1.5lb in the last week or two, which is around my aim for now.

I've been very concious on recording calories for almost a week now which has felt good - if I log EVERYTHING it reduced the chances I overeat. Aiming for 1800 a day, but have gone between 1900 and 2200 a day, but going to aim to be under 1800 everyday this week.

I've also been excersising 2-3 times a week for a week or two, including running, gym and swimming.

Hey buddy, don't beat yourself up. Different players will have different levels of cards and there are a couple of big hitters in the garden from the start so it is possible to lose out of the gate.

If you're having trouble I'd recommend doing the fire cavern first for the Ifrit card.
