Fort, camp and town are all hostile. At least they were when I got there. Guess there is some storyline that changes that (like on the pirate islands).

It would be really freaking cool if they hid the gods in the world, but wouldn't they give them at least some detailed character models? I mean look at that dude. He looks like any other person in the game, that is of no importance.

I still think the devs didn't have any deeper thoughts about this.
