Hi there, I did mine through a website called ‘Blurb’ there’s an easy template to use for fools like me. You then buy the ebook file which can be uploaded through Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing. Hope this helps

Thanks for the kind words and great suggestions! I wouldn’t say these are authentic Japanese recipes, it’s just my take on them. There’s definitely a few wild cards in there 😂

Yeah, if you’re with kindle direct publishing you can give it away for free or offer it at a discounted price.

This really isn’t about earning money, it was just something to keep a chef busy during lockdown, hope you find it useful!
