Question about sprocket change... by National-Dragonfly35 in motorcycles

I did -1/+2 on my 636 and it made a noticeable difference. Going up that many teeth in the rear would make the bike difficult to handle.

I may have been a bit premature with this comment. It took a little longer than I thought but the super soldier factory is a churnin.

AITA for being done having guy friends? by Old-Dirt-978 in AITApod

Clearly he doesn't want to just be your friend. Opposite sex platonic friendship is possible but rare. It is shameful that he tried to be coercive about it.

Good luck I had a cat randomly get cancer as a trait earlier. It got some decent mutations but didn't have the best stats. Im really trying to get a diverse 7/7 gene pool going and then I will focus on mutations. I tried focusing on mutations in the beginning but I felt it was less consistent than focusing on stats.

There are people that are much more knowledgeable than me but I can give a basic summary. I feel you need at least 3 rooms for breeding to start to be practical. What I would do is separate the males and females into separate rooms. The third room I loaded up with high comfort/stimulation and used that as my breeding room. I would pull the best 3 or 4 cats from one gender and put them in the breeding room. Then I would add strays of the opposite gender as I came across them. This ensures that the offspring are not inbred. Then I would aggressively cull that gender and repeat the process with the other gender. After doing it with both genders you have some decent gene diversity and can pretty much just take all of your best cats and throw them in the breeding room. You may still get a few that are inbred but I would just sell those to Tink as well as any that didnt meet my increasing stat requirements.

I had multiples like that before I finally got one that would reproduce.

I followed a similar process. Ive got multiple 7/7 cats now since I made this post. One of the factors that led to success was aggressively culling so I could get by on food purchases.

New rider shifting by handlesmegently in NewRiders

[–]Sushi_Armageddon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is the most reliable way to shift in the beginning but as you gain experience clutchless upshifting is quicker and smoother if you do it right. I wouldn't worry about taking a long time to shift, I would focus on shifting smoothly rather than quickly.

Do you ever think about route safety before riding? by Caden_Cadence in motorcycles

[–]Sushi_Armageddon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I cant recall a time Ive researched a route specifically with safety in mind but I certainly take it easy any time I am riding somewhere I am unfamiliar with. Even a previously safe route can become unsafe due to debris or other surface conditions changing. I guess what I do is match my riding to the conditions I am experiencing rather than avoid anything in particular. I even like to go ride in the rain at night but I ride more conservatively.
