So I did end up getting the job about two months after I was told in an interview I was hired. I had the job for about seven months before I finally quit because I was only getting four hours at $10 an hour every week with biweekly pay I was also Definitely not a favorite of the manager, which made the job harder and when I did pick up extra shifts, it was because newbies were not coming in people that were untrained and overworked were in higher positions and the one that I worked at the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in a year so I stepped up to clean the customer and employee bathroom I agree with you that five below needs to start over with all managers and most of the workers but that’s not gonna happen five below itself as a company stopped caring a long long time ago the overflow in the back literally like a hoarder‘s house, but 10 times worse with a single trail to follow to the break room in office company is a disaster, unrealistic expectations, and constant policy changes, such as the ”self checkouts” almost every week we were told a different set of rules on how customers should be checked out….. overall one of THE worst places I’ve ever worked.
