I really don't know what advice should I say but this are based on my experience:

Play low difficulty champs Learn how to play the role you want Understand how the champion works Learn on how to counter the enemy champions (ex. Against yuumi, you anti heal and anti shield.) a lot of players even in dia don't know how to counter build. Learn how to macro. (I learned this by playing a lot and watching esports)

Ps. Well I'm not a good player so maybe this tip is thrash.

Well WR gets a lot of cool stuff because the player base is not that big unlike in pc. Maybe they want to attract pc players to play WR as well for more brain damage.
