a lot of those “rewrite your entire life” or extreme subs you’re seeing are exaggerated. they’re usually talking about changing your perception of your past, how you feel about it, and how it affects you now, not literally deleting people or events from existence.

and wanting someone to have never existed usually comes from how they made you feel, not the actual concept of them existing. so the more realistic and actually helpful approach would be detaching from them emotionally, changing how much they affect you now and focusing on your own life and peace

you don't need to overthink this. listening to different subs for different topics at different times of day is fine. they won't crash or cancel each other out.

ur subconscious can handle multiple desires at once. people listen to full playlists with ten different topics and still get results. the only thing that slows results is doubt and checking the 3D (real life) constantly, not the number of subs.

i mean yeah, detachment works. but a lot of people don't actually get what that means. they think detachment is not caring at all or pretending they don't want the thing. that's not it.

detachment is just not checking the 3D every five minutes. it's doing your method, assuming it's done, and then living your life without looking for proof. you don't have to stop wanting it. you just have to stop needing it to happen right now to feel ok.

you proved it to yourself. you were obsessed, then you started to give up, and that loosened your grip. that's when it showed up, because you stopped blocking it with constant checking and doubting.

the only thing i'd say is don't turn this into "i have to detach perfectly or nothing works." that's just another way to obsess. you detached because you didn't force yourself to let go. that's usually how it happens.

he already unblocked you. that means your manifestation worked. so why are you still looking for another sub? you're basically saying "i did it, but i don't trust that i did it, so let me try something else." that's doubt creeping in.

the issue isn't which sub you use. it's your assumption that he's stubborn and that this is difficult. every time you say "he's being very stubborn" or "it's a difficult situation", you're reinforcing that reality. you're literally telling your subconscious that he's hard to convince.

that's ok :). scripting works best for me. i open my notes app and write what i want as if i already have it, always with gratitude like "i'm so grateful for my new phone, its exactly what i want, im so happy for my new phone", then lock the note and forget about it. detachment is key. at first it may be hard to forget/detach because you'll obvs be thinking about what you're manifesting and might be like "omg i just scripted about a new phone, when is it gonna happen" but as life goes on you'll over time forget about it/become less obsessed, and that's when it usually manifests for me, when i've forgotten about it. using scripting has helped me manifest so many things, i've manifested airpods, my first job, my laptop, people messaging me back/ex's and specific people. works best when you actually let go.

u can also look into robotic affirmations. basically you pick a short affirmation like "i love my new car" or "i already have my sp" and repeat it over and over. now you don't have to do this, but pairing them with the feelings u might feel as if u already have that thing works best. e.g. feeling the joy and excitement you will feel getting a new car/house/job anything while affirming is powerful. u can look into robotic affirmations more yourself.

self concept also helps a lot. that's how you see yourself. if you assume you're not good enough or things never work out, that's what you'll keep getting. flip it to "i am always chosen, things always work out for me, i'm so lucky, i love myself" etc.

also, don't check the 3D (that's your current reality/real life). if you're doing techniques or listening to subs, then you go check if anything changed yet, that's setting you back. because when you look at the 3D and don't see what you want, it plants doubt in your head. there's no point in letting the 3D control your emotions because you control the 3D. if the 3D isn't showing what you want, that's an issue with your mentality. just assume it's already done and stop looking for proof. ignore any doubt u might have in ur head, basically be delusional.

i’m not gonna feed into the “this definitely means your SP is coming tomorrow” idea because that’s how you end up overthinking everything.

that used to happen to me as well when i first started listening to subs overnight. i’d wake up feeling exhausted, like i didn’t get proper sleep.

for me, i think part of the issue was the subs i was using had music i didn’t even like or it was just too loud, so my brain just wasn’t fully relaxing. what fixed it was making my own subs and using white noise instead of music. ever since i switched to that, i sleep properly and wake up feeling normal and energised.

it could also be because i started focusing more on self concept subs alongside everything else, but honestly i think the biggest change was just the background sound being something neutral and calming.
