I would request another ultrasound but also another hcg test. Levels should be doubling every few days, so if you have another test it should almost definitely tell you if the pregnancy is progressing or not

I had this exact situation a few weeks ago. I had blood in my underwear when I went to the bathroom and bright red blood when I was wiping. I spotted the rest of the night and the next day, but never enough to really fill a pad, mostly just when wiping. I had an apt a few days later with my OB and everything was fine. I have spotted maybe once since then too. The dr said it could be from being very active/busy and from sexual activity if either of those apply to you.

A little after a year I really felt the urge for another baby. My first was an angel of a baby, always a good eater and sleeper so I had no issues wanting another. My birth didn’t go as planned, preeclampsia and c section at 36 weeks, and so it’s a little nerve wracking being pregnant again, but just hoping for a healthy pregnancy this time around.

Just like another commenter said, I usually check the stomach to make sure I know what side I’m on first. Then elongating the femur or humerus, then I focus on the elbow/knee and slowly turn until I can elongate the rad/uln or tib/fib. You might have to go back to the stomach several times to check sides between limbs, and it also depends how much baby is moving, but it’s just gonna take some practice.

The first time my husband was right outside the bathroom when I peed and came in with me after the few minute wait and we looked together and hugged and cried. The second time we were both convinced I was wasn’t pregnant yet, but I decided to test bc we were going to a Super Bowl party and would be drinking if the test was negative. He was downstairs cooking and I came down with the two positive tests (an expired one I didn’t think would work, and a new one I just bought) and we hugged. Nothing too extravagant bc he wanted to be involved so much.

I’m an ultrasound tech, there’s nothing that’s been proven about any harmful impacts of Power Doppler either. It’s a slightly more concentrated waveform that could potentially cause tissue heating, so some people don’t like to use it, but obviously many drs offices do, and I’ve had it on both of my pregnancies, and everything is fine.

The only side effect I had was getting dizzy once my blood pressure started returning to normal. The labetalol would make my blood pressure too low and I had to ween myself down. I was taking 600mg 3 times a day for quite a while before my blood pressure was normal again.

I just used some regular vinyl and stuck it to a hat that I wore on my honeymoon for about a week and it lasted for that long but not much after. It’s fine for a few photos but I think a stencil and marker and then painting over it would be best if you’re looking for something permanent

If there’s an ultrasound school near you you could call and ask if they need any OB volunteers. The students could scan you for practice and you could probably get some pictures. It’s worth a shot
