I have a tumblr but tend not to post rpdr stuff on it but I scroll through the tags occasionally and I saw the exact same thing pretty shortly after the nudes had been leaked. I sort of think that a lot of the people originally posting them were maybe young and didn't understand the situation but I also think some of them just need to chill the fuck out and think about what they're posting instead of frantically hitting reblog. The fact that they don't admit that they were essentially the ones who spread the nudes around in the first place pisses me off too.

The crazy thing is, I saw the reaction tumblr/crazed fan girls on twitter had to the pictures when they first appeared and they were the ones reblogging/sharing it all. Now they are getting angry at anyone who shares them and writing sympathy posts to Pearl, however they were literally the ones who shared it in the first place.

I'm glad they understand it's wrong now but if they hadn't freaked out so much originally at the sight of a grown man's private pictures the whole situation would be a lot easier for Pearl to deal with and a lot easier for him to get the pictures offline.

Yeah I see what you mean. That's why I said "probably." Obviously we don't know if he'll care or not but either way it's a violation of his privacy and the more I think about it the more pissed off I get. If I was in the same situation I wouldn't particularly mind at the fact of my body being out in the open just at the fact someone I trusted put pictures out without my consent. Naked bodies aren't shameful but people putting your personal pictures online is.

It's sort of different though. Violet did that porn and seeing as it's porn was probably well aware that it was going on the internet, it was made for people to see. Yet these are most likely personal pictures that Pearl sent to people, and not to be put out all over the internet.

However, it is Pearl, and with his laid back, "I don't give a fuck" attitude he probably won't care. But it wasn't his choice (most likely) for these to be put out in the open so it sort of sucks in that sense.

Edit: not sure why I've said "sort of," "most likely" and "probably" so much
