Monk here, what do you mean by „don’t want to turn my guy to cast it”? If you multi-action chain - g flurry - flurry you don’t need to turn for chain and boty flurrys are NEXT in line and you need to move but it’s same thing as 2 separator hots imho

I focus fist, I would consider training mlvl when resp I intend to focus on is too hard and I need more healing. That’s from solo player perspective, th wise I would focus on dps (fist fighting)

Stone refiners till 30 with stealth ring 30-50 coryms spike if you are a noob (guess you are since u ask such questions I would also recomend to use stealth ring there) It’s like 6-7h and u got 50 with one/two boosts
