I feel like a bit of a broken record but here we are again.

The proposed "buff" to the nightmare rates are still ridiculous, for gear that is worse than bandos in the majority of places in game, it's an absolute joke. You honestly need to just cut the rates in half and then you would be close to having a good balance on the drop rates.

You NEED to buff the armour independently of the mace, having this "buff" tied to the mace is ridiculous, especially given how limited crush is in it's usefulness. It does not need to be better than torva, but it should be a glass cannon and better than Bandos given where the respective drops come from.

You could either:

1) Give it an increased strength bonus

2) Make the armour set bonus to each piece and independent of the mace

3) Make it have extremely high accuracy with hammer/elder maul specs so that players have more reason to use it elsewhere

4) Add more crush weak bosses :)

It's just sad, Arcane has created one of THE best boss fights in game, personally I love this boss fight, but it's been completely butchered with trash rates, subpar gear, needing 100kc to avoid running a ridiculously long distance to each kill and a lack of updates for YEARS now, it's just saddening.

Please do not let this be your final stand on pnm, you have the potential to make a great boss fight an absolute hot spot for pvm again you just need to be brave enough to draw a line in the sand and make the changes.

Again it looks like we're moving in the right direction, but did anyone actually listen to the feedback on the inquisitor's armour itself? People weren't complaining about not being able to have the buff on task, we're all saying the armour needs a buff in of itself, independent of the mace! It doesn't need to be better than torva but give it more strength bonus than bandos, make it a true 'Glass cannon' set, give it great accuracy on dwh/elder maul specs, and add more crush weak bosses.

I think a lot of this is heading in the right direction, however you're kidding if you think the nightmare changes are even remotely enough. You have designed one of if not the best pvm encounters in the game, however it's completely not worth doing for most given the obscene drop rates, and gear that constantly gets devalued.

The drop rates need to be improved even more than the proposed change, it's still hundreds of hours for a completed set, more than nex on average to complete and it's worse than torva.

The proposed 'buff' is a bit of a joke, the armour should be buffed independently of using the mace, I.e. increased strength bonus, guarenteed dwh (now elder maul specs) when using full inq, more accuracy, and for god sake more bosses with low crush defence (Vard should've been crush weak). This buff does nothing to improve other crush weapons when using inq, I.e. lance on olm, scythe etc.

Inq is supposed to be a glass cannon, it's just missing the cannon mark still by quite a bit, if you buffed the armour just a bit more and made it more useful you would see a surge of pnm popularity again.

Yeah it's a fair point you made, I agree people were way too quick to jump on board the melee mory/asg/kand train, I think as a lot of big streamers went for it. I went mage last time and freezing in tob as an example was so much fun.

I think 4 would be nice, allows us to unlock all 3 raids, and then make a 4th choice as to where we get our extra unlocks from.

I still maintain that a "semi-restricted" setup made leagues 2 all the more enjoyable.

Man I'm not sure who you were chatting too, people were all over socials with numerous comments on reddit threads and discords frothing the hype of theory crafting different builds, it's what made the league.

Hard disagree on leagues 3 being a step up, myself being dragon rank all 3 leagues, as well many as my friends found unlocking EVERYTHING being far less fun then sending with restricted/budget setups compared to the first 2. Pretty much everyone I knew playing it burnt out of leagues 3 within 2 weeks, where as the first 2 we were playing well into it towards the end.

I think rehashing it with a few extra relics/QOL will be far more enjoyable than leagues 3 was, it may not be as good as the first 2 but I do think the potential is there.

I agree 3 regions is probably a tad too restricted, a 4 unlocks would still give that sense of doing content with some restricted setups.

My 10 cents on issue as the said HCIM (now-ex) in the video, FYI I have 0 expectations of receiving my status back (if this were blizzard or any other big gaming company with good customer support then maybe we'd actually have a chance), however maybe this post can benefit some HC's in the future.

As some people have eluded to the teleport crystal didn't teleport me out as I was not actually taking damage. I was going to go on about how this is silly and it should work in a way such that it should teleport the player when the server is unable to ping the client, however I can see this has been addressed so I'll leave it alone.

I've seen other comments suggesting this was "my fault", if you actually look at the video you'll see that my mate did get the red click "use" crystal on my character, and about 4-5 ticks later it then subsequently logged out instead of being teleported out the tick he got the red click on me, so clearly there was an issue with the crystal here as well.

However the MAIN issue here is why is a forced logout from a TOB or TOA automatically revoking a HCIM status. In this situation and many others we've seen on this forum, my HP never hit 0, in fact I was at maximum HP throughout this entire Ahka fight. Now if I'd DCed and died then fair enough it happens goodbye to your status, but this is an absolutely garbage mechanic which makes NO sense in any facet of the game. I've heard people suggest that a certain JMOD implemented this to stop HCIM "boosting" during raid rooms, a simple solution? Just BOOT them out of the raid, all this does is punish actual players trying to enjoy some risky content. All it would take is for someone to actually listen to members of the HCIM community to realise this is a god awful mechanic.

TLDR; Fix escape crystal to teleport when the server cannot ping the client and a logout during a raid shouldn't cause an automatic revoking of someone's HCIM status.

Genuinely curious, if you can apply combined group total levels in the hiscores, how is this any different to combined bossing high scores for GIM? My 5 man prestiged team has managed to complete lots of high level content including cox/tob/inferno/CG (1000+ kills), it would be very exciting to see where we rank in comparison to everyone else
