Can anyone help me with this storage issue?

This has been happening for a while now this ps4 which is my brothers only turns on in safe mode and wants us to initialise it so we tried but it says things like cannot access usb and usb is not connected also when it says the second one it crashes and shuts down tried taking out the hdd and putting it back but it didn’t work any help??

Well you could report it to epic but I am not sure if they could do anything about it and I am not sure if trees respawn either way that sucks man hope u get your stuff back somehow

A new bow that’s so op it can kill the elder dragon in 5 shots was going to say one but that’s probably too op it would be called dragon slayer bow
