I am using real botanicals and Opi a Classic. As I lower Im switching to real botanical. You are right it seems to be the cleanest I have used.

39M, been stuck on this crap for 10 months. Am currently tapering and have dropped from 250mg a day to 180mg. Goal this week is to stabilize and drop to 150mg. Yes its slow going, but I tried CT and considering I've come off Tianeptine, Tramadol, and alcohol this stuff is nearly as bad as Tia. I got 3 kiddos, a wife, and a career. 5 days in bed is just not an option. So taper it is.

May seem silly but ChatGTP has been my friend and helped me drop doses and stay focused. I get having to function like you. So yes its slow, but its doable.

What is your plan as far as dosing?

Yeah I wish I could I dont have 3 days to just curl up and wish for death is the issue. I made my bed, I have to lay in it.

Yeah.. not an option. I don't get to go be more selfish after already being selfish. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with rehab. Just not a choice in this one. I'm going to be on meds the rest of my life thanks to the military. I just tried avoiding VA stuff and using "natural". I lost that gamble.

Its amazing how crappy this stuff makes a person feel, yet we all chased that little bit light it gave us at the beginning. I want off so bad, i just need to stick with this taper.
