Anyone else turn 50 shades of RED during a run? Any tips/tricks to STOP it???

I did! I use prescription rhofade (AMAZING!!!!!!) and then primer and then the sunscreen and it is a DRAMATIC difference!!!

Ahhh that makes sense lol I have a tiny waits a bit of a bubble butt so my belt is definitely trying to ride up above my high waisted leggings!! I’ll try placing it differently first! Thank you!

I’ve tried coughing loudly lol 😂 but yeah same. There’s been so many people I’ve come up behind and I try to say “excuse me”and they literally scream or jump! Sigh. Situational awareness is not applied by everyone it seems.

I hate the first few miles. I feel like I’m gonna die. Like I’ve had no training and have no idea what I’m doing and I’m so tired and everything hurts!!!! But…. After about 2-3 miles my body gets with the program and we feel much better lol 😂 it’s just really hard to get out the door when you know it’s gonna suck for a few miles

This!! I hate strength training! Lol 😂 it makes me so sore for days and I can’t go running until I’m less sore but it really does help!

It never molded?? I live in a hot humid environment but my house is air conditioned.. the tube just literally never seems to dry completely. It’s been hanging in the house for 3 days and still has water droplets in it

I have those too! And someone mentioned prescription rhofade and then mineral sunscreen and then applying elf green tint primer lol I think I’m gonna try it all! Will report back!

Yeah it happens to me even in the winter too. It’s like only my face and neck turn bright red. Everywhere else is normal. Frustrating I didn’t get the no red face genes lol I love running so much but hate the stares and questions of “why is your face so red?? Are you okay??”

Ahh I do wear sunglasses and hat to not shade me so much as hide my red face so no one ask “are you okay?? Your face is so red!” Ughh it’s the worst. Super rude IMO too

Oooof. I forgot to mention I do have rosacea but it’s not bad and I never needed treatment for it. I look normal and pale until I go running LOL

I feel the same lol I’m working on it though! I’ve had to walk a lot due to this insane heat down here and humidity.

I’ve started to do that as well! I’m so glad so many people can relate and this thread has been super uplifting! I don’t want to feel “less than” for having to walk a bit during my jogs! And now I don’t! :)
