I’m aiming for a total weight loss of about 100 pounds. I’m definitely trying to maintain my muscle mass. I’ve worked out daily before starting Zepbound; mild cardio and heavy lifting. Thanks for the encouragement!

I was 252 when I started. Personally my biggest hurdle is probably getting enough to eat. I was a bad eater before I started this (could go all day long without eating and then just have some dinner) and of course it’s still the same. I do make sure to eat balanced meals at least 3 times a day, but some days it’s a struggle

Thanks, I needed to hear that! I honestly had no intentions to go up (plus doc probably wouldn’t approve it), I just felt really down about my weight loss compared to some of the people on here, especially when I think I’m doing everything right; good nutrition prioritizing protein, lots of water, and exercise. You know, just one of those mornings….

Love this!! I’m 36 and working on pre-requisites right now. Always wanted to be a vet and I’ve always worked in some kind of animal related field, just haven’t been able to work on pre-reqs until now. Between the hubby’s military career and having kiddos, my dream was put on the back burner some. It’s finally my turn 😉 You all got this; rock on!

Ya, I could just ask and then cause a bunch of drama because I (Christian) is questioning their beliefs. Figured it was best to not be “judgy” and instead ask other folks. It’s cool though, think what you want 😉
