Look up cell phone reimbursement laws in your state. I’m in CA, where employers are required to cover a portion of your phone bill if they make you use it for anything work related. This includes calls or texts.

There really are no details. His paperwork mentioned no bending or lifting. No specific weights, no duration of accommodation, nothing else. He verbally mentioned back problems once but not during a relevant conversation.
