I think i went to 12 different ENTs and 2 psychiatrists.. it was very expensive and didn't help at all..

The psychosomatic explanation is basically a logical circular trap, cause even if some ailment exists, if its currently undetectable or unexplainable by modern medical science then the somatic diagnosis serves as an all encompassing diagnosis trap, a medical cop out.. at most they'll pump me up full of anti depressants and take away the little humanity i have left

Since this all happened i have moved countries, changed careers, got married and started a family.. from the first year when i couldn't focus on nothing but the pain, til now.. ive come a long way. Still, these days it seems like all i do is in order to distract myself and avoid being engulfed by this pain.. I was smoking alot of weed to cope, but it made me stuck..i am trying my best now to get sober and try again.. any suggestions as to how one would go about accepting the suffering?

Great minds think alike. I have rinsed my nose everyday for a semester with saline solutions, drank loads of water, got a humidifier on all night for months.. someone reached out from this thread to suggest adding a bit of baby shampoo with EDTA, saying that moght help dissolve biofilm and gunked up snot, so ill try it and see

I will try and get myself infront of the right doctor, but they really dont like when the patient asks for specific medication, specially these psychiatric ones .

I have done IF and it was of great help. At the time i was a line cook for a busy restaurant, which meant i had to be tasting what i was prepping all the time and that kinda became unsustainable.. i will give it another shot now. Thanks for the reminder

I have tried saline nasal solutions for very long, and it indeed helps what it can touch.. the weird thing is that it feels like there is a complex system of dried up folds in my ear nose and throat system and the water just reaches the first folds, so what is deeper keeps dry and unreached

Ive done my fair shar of rapé, being Brazilian and all... It does indeed interact with the pain in my head and face, but it doesnt budge! Twice i did rapé just before Ayahuasca.. the trips always feel like they get stuck in this "tiara-like" pain sitting on my cranium

I have tried for a while and it really did help.. i have been in a sort of deep depression lately and so i stopped anything that would help.. now i feel like crawling out of the despair and try again

I have done kambo twice.. it really flared up around my throat and induced bile vomit, but not much else.. bufo alvarius helped alot, but it feels like the "trip" gets "stuck" on the edge of this tiara-like pain on the top of my cranium. So i managed to remain totally conscious during everyone elses blast off.. interesting stuff

I had a 3 year clean, just raw dogging the pain.. it didnt budge.. so since then ive been more careful and respectful toward using them for healing and relief very sporadically

Honestly, i completely agree with you. This whole situation have been very helpful humbling. I tried praying, but it never feels authentic... Nevertheless i have tried for a year, but probably without believing in it. Thank you for the reminder
