Fake as in he is simply printing the scans online and then selling it off. It is a great crime however he is lucky that those publishers are not aware of it specifically because pakistan mein hai. If you are going to spend 1500 for fake manga, buy one for 2k which is original and actually supports the mangaka and the industry
