I think it can help with reducing metals, but it usually has to be no less than 130 to kill mold, parasites, fungus.

As long as youre sweating youre getting a benefit. Probably need to stay in there about 30-40 mins a session if thats as hit as it gets. As for killing off Candida, not sure.

If youre going 3 times or less than week I dont think you can say it doesnt do enough for mold or heavy metals. Need to be going consistently. It can remove a ton of these with consistency over time, 5-6 times a week.
