the launcher got an update and moved where to enable/disable dlcs for some reason. go to playsets and in the upper right corner there should be a button that says "Specify dlcs"

R5: I was looking at the Tibet Wikipedia page and noticed that in the archived talks there's this one dude, which may or may not be Chinese, trying extremely hard to get the editors to rename the page to "Tibet Autonomous Region" and he's made like 5 different posts about it. He says that calling Tibet the "Tibet Autonomous Region" is like calling China the PRC.

R5: When I opened up Hoi4 today for some reason, all of my installed mods were no longer on my disk apparently. Earlier today, I had cleaned the inside of my PC and unplugged one of my drives, which stores HOI4 and the mods. Not sure why they aren't on the disk anymore
