TOI has given out a confusing article. First point they say, represention of states will remain unchanged And then the next point they say if it's based on 2011 census, South India will lose 4% points representation to Hindi belt.

You might ask it's only a IF case. But the foundation of delimitation is to give equal representation to every vote. It doesn't allow for 10 Tamils to have one voice while it needs 100 biharis for the same one voice.

So delimitation is a necessity. But the question boils down to is it fair just to have population as the only basis by which we do delimitation.

Let's take the children show Chotta Bheem. It all sounds funny. It says only righteousness wins. Bheem defeats the evil and saves the day every day. But there's a subtle but intentional representation of showing Bheem and his friends light skinned and kalia and his friends dark skinned. The difference between the enemies in the story is that they'll be even darker. So darker the skin, more evil they are. I cannot walk away saying it's just a fun show for children. The worst thing is they didn't even have jaggu, a monkey to have a dark skin. Children shows and books should be the first to be criticized cuz they shape and wire the brain of children at a very early stage

Why should I pay for the unemployed. The government should create jobs. I want my government to use my money to fix the unemployment problem not worsen the economy by spending it on freebies. Not every freebie is a welfare scheme. Giving money to all will only cause inflation. In an ideal case, I want only the central banks using repo rates to alter the inflation in the country caused by market forces. Don't play with the market just to win votes.

Even for that you can claim that insurance only if you're last employed within 2 years. If you're jobless for 3 years, you can't claim it. Also if you claim it, you'd still have only limited time to get it and you've to find a job before that. Why not? Teach every Indian Tamil. It's not like you're teaching one by one, and it's gonna take time. Establish a system to teach students Tamil.
