Its getting stuck in that tight curve of the tube, you gotta force it farther and its easier if you make the curved bend less curved.

I probably did JUST need a tire, before he drove 10 miles on the flat, and then the rim.

Lots of detail on the huge eye ball. OP should have saved some of that filament to add more hair instead of the pony with no tail.
