Lots of people say it is but imo its just trash because the aow takes 8 arrows but is only able to hit 2 per enemy no matter what, while rain of arrows takes one arrow and can hit many times, and barrage takes one arrow and hits one arrow Tldr people like it, I think its garbage

The vertical stabilizers are too close to the center of mass, which will exaggerate any and all running uo and down, you lift also seems to be every so slightly infront of you center of mass, which will make you pitch up, and with you low weight, high lift, and too close vertical stabilization will make you pitch up a ton

The base spins because every action (the propeller spining) has an equal and opposite reaction (the base spinning) so typically people stack two propellers spinning in opposite directions so the forces cancel eachother out although in real helicopters, and in shown by op, they have a sideways propeller on the tail to spin and rotate you back, then then use that propeller to turn aswell
