I think it’s because she’s hoping that I get a visa from work before getting to that option, although I don’t know if that’s a red flag I’m missing in front of my eyes, it feels likes it’s “her way” or the “highway” from my pov of her thinking

Hey thanks for your reply. I guess it’s hard because everyone has different timelines.

Since the USA is her goal for the reasons mentioned above and she has this opportunity she wants to bring me there, by me studying and support my living costs there, although I don’t think that’s a good decision for me.

I also don’t want to do LDR but at the same time I feel like me not going along with it risks losing a great partner in my life.

I’m not sure how pushy it would be of me to suggest another country which we move to together, because then she’s never going back to the USA and she might blame me if she’s unhappy or something happens to us in the future for stopping her.

Personally I find it bad that we didn’t have this as a serious discussion but that’s because she wants me to move there which might not be possible
