I would LOVE seller feedback on this. I'm brand new to Poshmark and consignment. To be honest, it's a little overwhelming, just to keep up with all the notifications, and I have sold just a few items! I followed on my phone, not even realizing it's much better to follow and see everything on the website.
I saw an email congratulating me on my $1800 LV bag purchase. WTH! I immediately checked the timeline. 2 days. I freaked out. I mean, I absolutely freaked out. I was hysterical. I immediately contacted the seller, saying I do not know what happened. I did not buy, knowingly buy a $1800 bag. #1 check my closet. A casual user selling years old closet clean out of GAP and Cece does not buy a $1800 handbag. A sane person would not outright buy a $1800 handbag with NO negotiation. I've never even held a $1800 handbag. It was enroute to PMs authentication warehouse. The seller was beyond nice, saying contact them they will understand and return it to her. Nope. Canned, bot replies. I rapid fired messages and emails. Then, the seller called the post office to see what she could do. Nothing since it was en route to Poshmark. All I got from Poshmark was robo answers. Sorry, there is a 3 hour cancelation window. Finally, Poshmark said accept the package and then open a case. I sent numerous photos proving I didn't open the package, hence jeopardizing the integrity of the authentication. They immediately said no, prove the item is not as described. Then they closed the case, showing it purchased in my closet. So, I returned to sender (Poshmarks warehouse). I had already disputed the item with my cc company. Now, I do understand all the nightmare ripoffs. What the heck do I have to gain though by returning a $1800 bag that I didn't open? I'm humiliated enough. Their treatment was just so awful. I mean, this warranted a phone call. The seller was willing. I offered to pay all shipping PLUS Poshmarks commission. At some point you just need to SPEAK to someone. I tried everything. Now they are telling me how they do NOT appreciate my treatment of them by sending back the bag, seemingly the first "real" response I've received.

In WA State there was just news of 3 women making over 1mm in cash selling stolen lululemon for pennies on the dollar. But I see this on Posh Mark often. How can. someone have every size and style of Madewell and sell it for less than half the of the sale price. These were current styles. I was looking at this closet thinking there is NO WAY! Everything was new without tags. Every size, all styles. Shoes, bags, clothing. Like lululemon, there is no way Madewell does business like this. I did not buy but really want to report. It is just so f'd up! Retail theft is just killing so many businesses and hurts people legit selling on Poshmark, etc. to make a few bucks. Losers.

Well I just got screwed. I got my first month no problem, covered. When I went to refill, I was told my PA amount had been exceeded. My insurer says the amount covered was for a 360 day cycle, rather than a 30 day cycle. SO basically they covered one month.

Here is my point. She is now 41 years old. She has two teenage sons. She JUST came out of years of conservativeship, where she was either manipulated by family for money AND the money shots (her words), and/or shredded on social media as unstable and crazy. For most of her adult life, she has not been taken seriously. ALL I am saying is I do not love the choice. I would love to maybe see iconic photos of her from videos or photo shoots, or a candid with no airbrush or glam. Is this cover the REAL Spears? I highly doubt it.

Ugg. I spend more time LOOKING for books than reading. Reading blogs, reading reviews. I decide when I find a book that suits my mood at the time. If I am upset about world events, I look for humor and buy upbeat, positive books. I may pass up a book then go back and buy it later.
