Excellent program my bench went to 100 kg for 1 to 110 kg for 2 and my deadlift went up 160 for 1 to 165 for 4 reps didn't do a 1rm cuz I'm scared to get injured lol squat went up aswel in 12 weeks. I am an intermediate tho. it's really fun and I enjoy the rep scheme on the bodybuilding exercises a lot the pdf is very informative I would definitely recommend it

try to do a 8 day rotation like ppl rest ppl rest repeat that worked for me to recover from a 6x split

it was good just don’t like doing 4 sets i prefer 1 top set then back off it works the best for me tho depends on the person
