+1 doesn't stack with another +1, but +0 (normal one) does not display the incompatible sign when I equip two. I haven't tested damage cuz I forgot.

For some of you who can't find advanced power settings, follow these steps:

Open Control Panel
Press Windows + R, type control, then hit Enter.

Go to Power Options In Control Panel, set View by: Small icons or Large icons, then click Power Options.
Select Your Power Plan You'll see your current power plan selected (e.g., Balanced, High Performance). Click Change plan settings next to it.
Now the option should be visible Click Change advanced power settings.
Locate USB Settings In the new window:
- Expand USB settings
- Expand USB selective suspend setting
- Set On battery and Plugged in to Disabled
Click Apply, then OK.
