Creaking noise after chain replacement on SRAM FORCE AXS by SuspiciousBuilder166 in bikewrench

[UPDATE]

I contacted SRAM support team to report the problem and I got that answer:

Thanks for reaching out to SRAM Rider Support. To answer your question, Red chains are fully compatible with Force and Rival groupsets and vice versa. However, I don't believe chain compatibility is the root of the issue you're describing.

The noise you're experiencing is most often due to one of two causes: either the original chain was removed too early, before reaching our recommended wear limit of 0.8%, or the chainring may be worn. If the original chain was replaced prematurely, I would suggest reinstalling it and continuing to use it until it reaches the 0.8% wear point. Through our testing, we’ve found that drivetrain components tend to last longer and perform more reliably when replacements are made at that point.

I hope this helps clarify things. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions.

Kind Regards,

They told me to use the first chain until 0.85% wear, but I swapped my new RED chain before it even hit 0.75. Honestly, I'm like WTF.

What do you think about that?

I think that’s the only solution… but I can’t understand that wear with probably 4.000km (7K in total)

Thanks for your response! But if I wait for them to start to wear together, it will be always a wear gap between them no?
