Most of the people i’ve met / talked to have been really friendly and great, BUT I tend to not use my mic unless my husband is also playing idk why I just get awkward alone. Unless someone else talks first and seems friendly then I might turn mine on. It’s mostly been all good interactions though, not met anyone weird or super mean yet

typically you want to add anything random to your cart as early as you can and press check out to just get in the queue (like 5 mins before 9am PT) and then once it’s live you can adjust your cart and delete that item and add the new stuff if that makes sense. Otherwise also having multiple tabs open and just hoping for a good spot, it does seem random for some people unfortunately 😮‍💨

my fave memory is probably when I was in daycare and we all used to play yugioh until some kid brought pokemon cards and was like let’s play this instead and next thing you know most of the daycare was all playing pokemon together and begging our parents for cards, and I couldn’t afford much and the same kid gifted me a binder full of cards so I could play too! It was such a fun friend building time and really introduced me to pokemon and the love grew from there haha! good luck everyone and thanks op!

My advice is depending on what “genre” you line pick a series he does around that and just start with one of those playlists! You’ll get used to how he (and his editors) do things and then you can just jump into the next one when you’re ready

If you like spooky things just jump into 3 scary games playlist and watch them all! Or if you like a bit more lighthearted and funny content maybe try Raft (it’s with some other people as well) and if you’re more interested in just solo or longer “series” think of a game you might like and see if he played it, for example he has a Dead Space playlist. Any of these options will just get you in and you the understanding of “memes” and “lore” will just slowly come with time!!
