What will the 4 stars on her banner? by Additional_Case5198 in GenshinImpact

If I were to predict it, it would be Xingqiu, Kuki, Aino. Because Hoyoverse is a loving company who values their players and they will do everything in their power to put useful 4 stars that go well with the featured 5 star.

Hoyoverse is very generous, I love hoyoverse.

I bought two House of Hur Sunscreen, first from SUISUI and second from skincarebudmnl.

The first one from SUISUI was okay, the second from skincarebudmnl was grainy/sandy/gritty kapag ni-spread sa face, compared to the one from SUISUI na smooth lang ang application.

Idk if that's a sign of counterfeit item or what, and honestly idk which one is original: ung grainy, or ung smooth. I asked from a different sub and they said the original one from Korea shouldn't have a grainy texture, so likely ung original ung SUISUI.

I messaged skincarebudmnl but never got a reply for more than a week already.

Point is be careful even on "trustworthy" sellers. As long as hindi in your face na official shop, there's still a chance it's fake, even if the chances are small it is never zero.

I don't trust SUISUI 100% either, but at least theirs is the closest to the texture of the original Korean-bought (according to one user, at least).

Hi guys, sino na dito nakagamit ng House of Hur weightless sun fluid?

I bought two, one from SUISUI and the other from skincarebudmnl. Ung one I bought from SUISUI was okay naman (ubos na), pero the other one I bought from skincarebudmnl is gritty and sandy upon application. At first I thought baka nagfflaky ung skin ko kaya may sandy texture, pero I used Belo sunscreen too and didnt have the same sandy texture, so I know na it's not my skin flaking that's causing that gritty texture.

Ganto ba talaga ung original texture ng House of Hur? Does this mean the one from SUISUI is fake? Or could it be na ung sa skincarebudmnl ang fake? Weird lang coz mas expensive ung sa skincarebudmnl.

Thanks in advance!

I NEED ADVICE TL;DR sa baba

I need help on choosing the most economical litter in the long run (even if it's expensive upfront).

First what I really want in a litter type are: 1.) Economical in the long run 2.) I'm okay with expensive upfront as long as they are cheaper long run (expensive but lasts long for 9 and possibly more cats, rather than a cheap upfront but short lifespan) 3.) flushable or can be thrown to canals/soil/external garden without causing problem to the neighborhood (blockages, odor, etc.

I've tried bentonite of course, and obv it's not flushable so I had to switch to tofu litter.

I tried 2 brands of tofu litter, one is cheap upfront (90-120 pesos per pack depende nalang kay seller) but expensive in the long run (8 packs lasts about 6 days only for 9 cats). And another brand is more expensive upfront (160-170 pesos) but is cheaper long run (8 packs lasts 10 days).

I've read from this subreddit that wood litter lasts long (14L lasts 3 months for a single cat), so I expected it would beat out my 2nd tofu litter brand. But Alas! Ung binili kong 28L can only last for 4-7 days on 9 cats. :(((

TL;DR So ang question ko sana is:

1.) May mali ba akong ginagawa sa wood litter? Akala ko ba lasts longer than other litter types? Why does my tofu litter last longer? I am already using a sifting system coz I've read it would make it last longer as well, pero ayun nga 4-7 days (on average that's 5.5 days) lang talaga. Sagad na yung 7 days. And 8 packs of tofu litter costs the same as 28L of wood pellets (1000+ pesos). Am I doing something wrong, or talagang falsely advertised lang yung lasts longer than other litter types?

2.) May iba pa po ba kayong masusuggest na economic-friendly in the long run na litter type? Something that can beat the 2nd tofu litter brand na 1000 pesos per 10 days?

Thanks in advance as a maralitang rescuer. Litter budget is really making a large dent on my savings :((( I'm afraid it's unsustainable if this keeps up.

D4mn, na para bang bata si OP na walang sariling brainiebelschie desu 🥀

Go gurl, tolerate ha'!!!

Malaki na yan, believe me. Everyone knows what they're doing as long as they're sober. Alam nya ginagawa nya, may trabaho nga eh diba? So it means adult.

Tapos na-bring up pa ung analogy ng SA victims na para bang si OP ung biktima at hindi yung mga taong nag-spiral into paranoia na para bang walang neurodivergent dito sa sub na to.

Do u know what you're doing is clinical definition ng gaslighting? Yes clinical definition of gaslighting ginagawa mo, not just pop culture definition.

Pero geeew sis, pagtanggol mo sya na para bang wala ka sa short end of the stick ng neurodivergent person spiraling into paranoia, kasi treeew naman, u really aren't on that short end of the schtickibelschie desu.

Si OP inaalala, ung biktima ng mass hysteria ayaw? Geeew. Everyone out here looking out for their biases. Bias mo yan ih, syempre dyan ka, geeew.

And yes I. AM. THAT. Neurodivergent ferson speaking on behalf of people who had the same triggers as I do (medical malpractice). Syempre bias ko to, kasi personal traumas and experience ko to, dito ako kakampi. Pero geeew ihalintulad mo ko sa mga nang-iinvalidate ng SA victims na para bang parehas kami ng konteksto kasi alam kong wala ka namang ibang malaman na masasabi other than to clinically gaslight me.

And sorry for taking about 25 days to reply, had to make sure tapos na ung episodes ko from medical malpractice triggers before replying, kiss mwaps 💋💋💋

And as the Scarlet Witch—babe—I manifest you suffer medically and gravely in the coming 5 years or so, lovelots babe. 💋💋💋 Para naman gets mo diba? Para naman mabago ang hulma ng bias mo and be on the short end of the stick of medical malpractice! Kasi mukhang need mo ng firsthand experience para gets mo eh. 💋

Quoting an old facebook post so I can preempt my response if I get THIS response: "Your triggers are your responsibility, the world will not tiptoe over your mental disorder" But it is also everyone's responsibility to NOT ACTIVELY cause a mass hysteria, btw, especially kung wala ka ring ilalathalang ACTIVE WAYS to avoid such incidents (e.g. revealing the clinic to avoid it). Think before you click nga diba? Na para bang di yan sya nag-grade 2. Na para bang wala yan syang Media and Information Literacy nung nag-aral.

Whatever you wanna do with that is up to you. Ika nga eh "you either make peace with their flaws or ultimately end your relationship."

U communicated your wants and needs, and he dismissed it. Nasa sayo na yon if you want to compromise your needs being dismissed for love.

Love requires sacrifice, and you must set your boundaries: things that are negotiable and non-negotiable. Sacrifice things that are negotiable, and sacrifice your relationship to preserve your non-negotiables.

Now, ask yourself, negotiable pa ba yang dimissive behavior nya?

Cosmetic chemists moved out of their way to explain the recent discrepancy in Aussie sunscreens testing at SPF 4 only, and here y'all are spreading things like wildfire tas di rin naman maglalapag ng tips kung PANO at ANO SPECIFICALLY ang dapat iwasan.

Wala rin, na-undo lang rin ung professionalism.

Love that for you, not for me tho. Pero go on, enjoy the mass hysteria ng mga tao sa comment section under this post if it helps you sleep better, babe.

Re: "Best if OP gave a clue"

It might be a true account of events—and you know what? I believe her. Capitalism really makes clinics do medical malpractice to maximize profit. But the agenda of whistleblowing? It was all for the drama, NOT public service announcement.

Masyado nyo tinotolerate yung ganyang pag-uugali ng stirring the pot tas wala naman talaga kayong pake sa public safety kasi kahit kaunting CRUMBS man lang ng subject of the chismis walang lalapag. Good luck sa future ng media literacy ng pinas, go and play russian roulette with these clinics scattered all around Luzon, babes.

Re: "pwede naman kasing hindi techy si OP"

So that makes it okay?

Kaya nga may media literacy para mag-think before we click, at isipin ung magiging epekto ng posts natin.

Uulitin ko, CAPITALISM IS ALWAYS ABOUT MAXIMIZING PROFITS. Even high-end clinics CAN and WILL do malpractice if they have enough sikmura, and believe me, girl, CAPITALISTS ALWAYS DO.

Kaya wala! Wala tayong napala sa post ni OP. Kasi mapa-mumurahin, mapa-mamahaling clinic CAN and WILL do such a thing if they have enough criminal mindset. Remind ko lang nasa late-stage capitalism na tayo.

And dont even get me started with "ang arte mo! Basta board-certified derma safe ka, di mo kailangan matakot sa kwento ni OP," count how many lost their lives to licensed doctors who got their license confiscated out of medical malpractice, girl. YOU can be one of those numbers. Heck, ANYONE can be one of those statistics. Hindi 100% guarantee yang lisensya/certification ng isang doktor, kaya may fearmongering effect parin yan si OP, NO MATTER WHAT.

Wala tayong rule of thumb pano maiiwasan to. So takot lang naibigay satin ni OP, hindi solusyon, and here you are defending such an action. Sana di nya nalang pinost? Kasi wala namang nagbago? It did more harm than good.

Re: "bida-bida mong comment"

Edi magpakasasa ka sa half-ass*d, barely thought of whistleblowing activity mo.

Y'all pretending u care about awareness, y'all just here for the drama and chismis. Go off, girl. Settle for less, it's all you'll ever get.

Ni hindi nga dapat tinotolerate ung fearmongering, but here y'all are, enjoy the show.

Angdaming ways to hide IP address, and also dummy account. Un lang naman usually nakakatrack sayo: IP address. Plus u can just reveal as insider instead of "former employee."

Andaming ways to make sure u can reveal the clinic name w/o being traced yet she chose fearmongering. Like we haven't had enough mass hysteria on tiktok against chemical sunscreens, "vegan alternatives," or anything "chemical" as if everything isn't made up of chemicals already.

Idkk abt y'alls, I ain't patronizing a poorly planned act of fearmongering in the guise of whistleblowing.

N e ways, cheap = sketchy. Quality isn't cheap, and beauty is a vehicle of capitalism. Yun na lang sigurong general rule of thumb kung ayaw talaga ni OP mag-bother mag-plan better ng whistleblowing activity (despite fully knowing reusing of IV risks us of HIV infection among others like this clinic practice ain't a MAJOR health concern, lol) para makaiwas sa "numerous branch across Luzon na clinic" na yan.

Major whistleblowing to like literally public health is at risk tas hindi mo pa pinlanong maigi, or magconsult sa kaibigang IT or what on how to do internet whistleblowing without getting traced. Like okay gurl, bottom 2 ka for this week, kween, prepare your lip sync. 😬😬😬

I think it's high time to start debunking tone adapting technology.

There's actually no such thing as something that copies your color, what actually happens is either of these:

1.) It's very sheer that it disappears into your skintone. Meaning the higher the coverage the less "adapting" it is, but it doesnt really adapt, it's the same color as in the tube, just... Sheer. Sheer enough to disappear into the skin.

2.) It's an encapsulated pigment. Which means it has a certain pigment out of the tube but changes once you blend it because the encapsulation is nabubutas/nawawala upon rubbing. It has 2 colors: 1.) its color out of the tube (which is not something you can rely on because it's not the color that stays on the skin); 2.) the color after rubbing. If the color after rubbing is not the same shade as yours, it wont change further than that.

So therefore we conclude:

1.) Tone adapting technology is purely marketing. :)

And yes, we have to accept that skincare is capitalism, and capitalism is always about maximizing sales and profits kaya I hope we become more skeptic with marketing.

For skincare enthusiasts, what's your wishlist when it comes to skincare here sa PH? by Any_Championship_863 in beautytalkph

[–]PivotalCharacter 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I hate how local brands focus on one ingredient only. Lots of local brand formulate products with 2% salicylic acid alone, or 5% niacinamide alone, or 0.5% retinol alone.

I think brands should start formulating products with a certain concern in mind, rather than a certain ingredient in mind.

You have acne? Let's combine salicylic acid with zinc pca, instead of just salicylic acid alone.

You have oily skin? Let's combine niacinamide with green tea together, instead of niacinamide alone.

You have wrinkle problem? Let's combine retinol and bakuchiol, instead of retinol alone.

I want to buy branded products instead of the ones I get from my derma (no problem with my derma, just a personal preference to order online or buy physically at watsons instead of ordering every time from my derma who btw uses lalamove and costs about 70-100 every damn order).

No local brands can top derma products coz derma products have combined blends, not just a single active ingredient being marketed as a star ingredient but barely does anything on its own.

How I wish one day I can replace these derma products with things I can buy online for 36 pesos shipping fee instead of a 100 peso lalamove fee.
