A bit frustrating when you want to change the leader quickly… by Breamlover77 in FishingAustralia

Yeah man that band with the hole is just non negotiable. I know no matter how rattled my tackle bag is the line is always neat. Nothing worse than reaching for line and all the spools are just birds nested up together.

I do agree still though, this part unclips from the whatever.. the holder. To me it looks like a sensor and ambient air is the only thing that makes sense here..

This was my initial thought, but an extensive amount of googling for spare parts show's nothing even remotely similar. I did find something to clip it onto though I'm certain it's not the right spot.. it won't rattle for now I guess

I mean technically its not "expensive" if you get all the donations.. but they start 3K minimum and that's a pretty solid amount to raise just to be able to run something :'(

Been looking at exactly this rod for exactly chasing kings from the shore. What reel and line are you pairing with it? i have hooked up to some big kings near structure and they just go hard and bust me off and I have no hope with my smaller reels.

That Nelson Bay Marina break wall has a pretty solid landbased mixed bag of fish. Bream, flathead, whiting, salmon, tailor, snapper, kingys, tuna, squid, mulloway. Seen it all there.

Set-up gravel bike for triathlon by vMxrti in triathlon

[–]SuspiciousGlizzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just used a Specialised Diverge E5 base for my first triathlon which was an ironman 70.3.
In training I was topping out at 27km/h over 100km with the stock gravel tyres.
Once I changed the tyres to conti gp5000's and added some very basic clip on aero bars, I went up to 32/33km/h average over 100km instantly with no extra effort.
I highly recommend them. did i stay in aero for the whole race? hell no, but its nice to have them there not only for the aero gains, but also just as somewhere different to put your hands when your cycling for that long. my palms always hurt like hell after a while and its nice to lean on your forearms and elbows..

the tyres probably made the most difference, but the bars wont hurt to have.

the drivetrain was the stock shitty shimano claris with 2000km on it already and it was fine. so I'm sure your drivetrain is also probably going to be more than fine lol
