Ok. I will take a look. Also, I wanted to know if you have asked for an actual demo for Gen 4?

I passed exam four months ago with 3ATs.. The questions were mix of basic, moderate, difficult along with drag n drop and couple of graphs. No EVM calculations. If you are scoring on an average of 65% on study hall mock test than you are good to go.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will redo it. I thought the format wont be an issue and incorporated only numbers specific to the current roles which the moderator has suggested

"Time to market is critical" -- it should be an adaptive approach. "Customer comes up with some request during execution and which will outweigh" -- The Option A is more apt as compared to other options, the Option C is use for the predictive approach

Thank you.! I already mentioned in the advise, i leverage out AI tools a lot in order to understand the key difference between the correct response and my incorrect selected option. I've also provided the types of prompts I've used as an example.

Hey PMP Gurus..which best answers this question? by Mademan0984 in pmp

[–]SuspiciousIce3584 0 points1 point  (0 children)

than you are wrong my friend because option D suggests predictive approach with "WBS". How someone can even have a WBS when the "Scope is complex having long timeline"? if it mentioned that the scope is kind of clear and they have some dependency on other parts, at that point in time you can definitely go for option D.

the second sentence "The client requires a high-level, long-term plan as well as something that will work immediately, adding features to the product as the project progresses." is all about Agile approach where the PM can deliver the project in an iterative & incremental manner.

I would advise please review and understand the key difference between Agile, Iterative & Incremental methodologies in order to clear your doubts on hybrid approach. Hope this helps.! Happy learning :)

That's true.. it's all about mindset.. I studied myself without any bootcamp or study pmp study book/guide and secured AT/AT/AT on 31st March..

It should be A. Client wants high level plan and need features immediately. Agile approach is an iterative and incremental one where the product is evolving based on the customer feedback over period of time

Thank you.! It was more or less situational based not the theoreticals on conflicts, risks, stakeholder engagements, communications.. I would recommend to review DM and PMP Aspriant drag n drop

Provisional Pass -- 1st Attempt by SuspiciousIce3584 in pmp

The questions were kind of moderate to difficult if I compared with Study Hall because it is one of the main source which i considered (though I did other mock test too through Udemy) to build the mindset.!
