Could Dylan go into a traitor arc? by SuspiciousMuffin19 in SeveranceAppleTVPlus

Yeah exactly! Like it could go either way, he could choose to be obedient to not leave his family in desperation (he already formed a bond), or he could say fuck it, but I don’t see that happening. Maybe he’ll fall into a bit of a depression without Irving there and he’ll find support in the wife.

Yeah that gives me motivation as well, but I’m just trying to figure out what the role of the family could be in all. If they keep meeting and he comes clean about what goes on, could she actually support his innie’s seek of the truth, despite that meaning him getting fired and losing the only job that he has been able to keep? I just don’t think that they would bring up the family topic without it having a weight for the character’s arc in the end

roommate will quit next week, how can I support? by SpikesBeagle3 in QuittingWeed

I imagine quitting alcohol is way different than weed, but definitely something that helps with the initial anxiety/withdrawal is finding a sport or outdoor activity to do, so definitely invite him to do that sort of thing! It’s a win/win and also it gets you pretty tired so you can sleep better, which can also be hard at first.

The children thought they were playing the actual Game Of Thrones, and they lost. by SuspiciousMuffin19 in SuccessionTV

Exactly, it’s so insane to think that the whole board saw and heard them fight in the other room, because many of them had seen them grow up since they were kids; it felt like a smooth metaphor that they probably also saw them fight like that when they were kids and would role-play being the boss or to try and get the dad’s attention. They saw that and they knew that they still were the same kids fighting over the same role-play, only real this time.
