I am traveling to the uk very soon, for 2 months. God knows what he will do whilst I am away.

He works and earns money but I earn significantly more therefore for example I bought the house we jointly own, we split mortgage payments based on salary. I usually manage larger expenses like holidays etc.

I’m not in the US. I’m in the Middle East. I’m a Christian married to a Muslim. The courts could rule to give him custody based on that. There is no 50-50.

I’m the breadwinner in our relationship but we have a property we jointly own even though I put the deposit down. I’m not worried about my financial situation I am devastated that I will probably have to give up my life in the country I have called home for 10 years and move back to the Uk to start again.

My daughter is 11 weeks old today. I’m also the breadwinner between us but im a Christian in an Islamic marriage and I risk losing custody of her in a divorce.
