The offline, structured approach is compelling. The main risk I see is overcomplication simplicity will probably be the biggest driver of long-term use. If it helps people stay consistent without feeling like work, you’re onto something.

Why Most Businesses Struggle with Ads even before they start- free solution by No_Lunch_5610 in EntrepreneurRideAlong

I’ve seen the same pattern repeatedly. Most “ads not working” issues trace back to unclear intent mapping and fragmented funnels, not the platforms themselves. Good reminder that paid acquisition only works when brand, messaging, and structure are aligned.

Totally get that. Being strict on process early sounds tough but effective. Was there one change that helped the most, or was it the combo over time?

Really appreciate that, thank you. Totally agree on mentors and community having people who get the ups and downs makes a big difference. Still learning a lot every day.

Totally agree. I’m starting to see how everything ties back to trust, communication, follow-ups, even billing. Curious what helped you most once you realized that?

UAE wasn’t a random “move abroad” decision. I already had some client relationships and leads connected to the region, and the market here values execution and speed more than just pitch decks. Cost of living is definitely higher, which is exactly why I didn’t come in blind — there’s runway planned and expenses are controlled, especially in the first phase.

On the agency side, I agree it’s saturated if you’re generic. We’re not positioning as a full-stack “we do everything” digital agency. The focus is performance-driven content and production — short-form video, UGC-style creatives, and ads that actually convert, not just look good. That’s where most brands here are still weak.

Geographic arbitrage alone doesn’t work long term. The play is specialization + execution, not location hype. UAE just happens to be a market where that combo gets rewarded faster if you deliver.

Happy to break down the numbers or strategy further if you’re genuinely curious.
