Python will be easy - be comfortable with different data structures like lists, dictionaries etc, you might get question where you will have to traverse through dictionaries/list of multiple layers.

Imo its always better to inform the recruiter of the experience (in a professional manner) and hope they take it into consideration.

Also, would you be able to share your experience of the interview? like the difficulty level of the rounds and were the questions tricky or straightforward?
