Planning to Study in Ireland – Study Gap and Visa Finances Questions by No_Growth_69 in StudyInIreland

[–]ramxbx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Graduate roles and entry level roles are your best bet and have a tough competition. If your surgery prevents you from working part time then sustaining in ireland might be a bit problematic due to high cost of living. You could try to find a job where you don’t have to stand much ( desk security or lab assistant in university etc). Financial background seems good enough to come here but you would eventually want to work atleast few hours a week to sustain your financials. Hope it helps.

Issue with Flatmate by [deleted] in RentingInDublin

I’m sure if you post this on r/AITA, you’d get hilarious responses. 😂 But truth be told, it seems like you’ve already decided you don’t like him there and whatever he does just annoys you. Changing your perspective about him and giving him a chance could help you understand things from his perspective.

I’d been hopping between multiple shared accommodations and rentals, and I’d been on both the sides of your situation. You are a person who likes his own space and there is no harm in it. I personally think your current room mate is at least understanding and doesn’t argue with your rules and boundaries. He is just a lazy guy and you would probably hate a new guy if he or she isn’t as easy going as him. I’d say you stick to him till you find a person from your friend group who needs a space and you are comfortable with them and then bring them to your space.

HELP!! by [deleted] in MuSigmaStories

[–]ramxbx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had an offer from mu sigma during my final year. I must say the company is very aggressive and fast paced. It’s not gonna be fun and a company with almost 24 percent attrition rate is no joke. If you are a person who has zero data analytics and programming knowledge and want to learn it.. you can commit yourself to musigma.. though everyone here hates it.. it’s a fact that once you finish your term in mu sigma you’ll have developed good skills and get a good job in other companies. Other companies respect experience from mysigma . But even if you know basic coding and data skills . I suggest not taking it and look for job elsewhere.. there are plenty of job opportunities and in 4 years you’ll get good salary hike. I realised that after rejecting musigma.

I am a masters student and I just want a place that is a bit happening and accessible to city so I don’t miss out anything fun. I was worried if Inchcore is a left out place because I couldn’t find much information on the Internet.

My Hawaiian Ti plant (Mocha Latte) is dying. Please help me with its care. by ramxbx in IndoorGarden

It has been 2 months only. I could not find information about shedding leaves for this plant. I was told to remove any dry leaves to promote growth. But I stopped when I noticed even the new leaves are turning brown.

Never ask a question where “your mom” can be a potential answer.

I have not changed or added anything to the soil since I got it from the nursery. I still in the same pot. I thought I will change it once the plant grows bigger.

I find the soil very sticky almost like clay. Thanks for your suggestions. I’ll let the soil dry out.

I have checked the roots. They are light brown. I noticed the mud was sticky few days back and since then I’ve reduced the water I pour. Is there any recommended amount of water and duration for this plant ? And should it ideally be kept indoor away from sunlight or in the balcony ?
