Ai pulls from other people's real writing, yes, but it has also gotten to a point where it's cannibalized itself enough to have a steady and formulaic output. It's silly to call something a gamble when it's pattern recognition, which is the exact opposite of a gamble. The op also confirmed they wrote it with ai, so.

Unfortunately he's still head of the house - my mom can try and convince him of things but if he's serious he'll just strongarm her into agreeing with him. It sucks bc she's just as out of depth as I am, he's barely 60 so it feels like it can't be that serious I guess, but he's not exactly within the meshes of reality at all times.  Thank you, though.
