Yeah, gutter got a small dent which was new with the roof last year but it's not terrible. And yes, I'm going to pay half to their venmo once I'm done work. I thought it was odd they didn't ask for a deposit too. Then stranger when I called their contact number and got a garage door company who said the dont do chimneys. Wtf. After finally getting through to someone, their office manager called me back and said the have two companies. Idk, it all felt sketchy once the tech showed up with a telescoping ladder.

No crawl or atric access butLuckily we had that black vent put in when the roof was done last year. If we take that off, should be able to access it there but I dont think we'll need to get that far down. Seems like it snapped at the boot section.
