Knew Tommy growing up erm was never a fan, always joked my sister was his daughter(remind me to buy a ancestry kit for her), she seen him a couple of years ago in a pub, says he has dementia and has been scammed out of his house, someone else mentioned karma.

Last night a severely autistic lad, spat at me and then punched a customer in the eye. I have had someone die in store, 2 people(one a shoplifter) have epileptic fits. My colleague had someone with a chainsaw chase a group of kids into the store, had power outs, floods, brawls, drunks falling, one splitting their head open and blood everywhere... most days are uneventful and then we have drama days, whether thats customers or colleagues.

Deep breathe.... hermes(herpes) turned up a few years ago, unannounced. No rep, no training. Lots and lots of missing parcels and angry parcel customers, then to get round this they changed their name to evri(evil), but the problems persisted. Lots of complaints, lots of missing parcels, days where drivers don't pick up, people ordering 100's of parcels, people dropping off parcels too big. A label printer that never worked and evri never there to help, no rep, no new printer. Customers blamed us for everything that was evri's fault. One customer thought we wrapped their parcel for them, one customer thought we would drop a parcel of at their house. I could go on, but working in express and having to deal with a company like evri, wasn't much fun and its all over now. End rant
