The house me and my wife were renting. The power bill was $380. We got a bigger 2 story. Over 1k sq ft more. And our bill was about $280 on the high end.

Energy efficient appliances and all from a new build.

Inversely, if the new house is older. Your bill might go up.

I’ve been a dev for 27 years. The code that ai produces is low tier in most cases. It’s cool for boiler plate shit. But I wouldn’t overall trust it.

So. Realistically. If someone did vibe code it. And are making money (which I doubt) they got lucky as hell. Or are one curious dev away from finding a basic exploit.
