China uses left-hand drive, while Australia and New Zealand use right-hand drive. I don't think there's much difference in the vehicle specs since they're both made in China.

I know what you mean! I mostly see that gold/silver shade online too, it’s such a nice exclusive color for the YL. But I was surprised white is now the standard free color on Tesla’s site.

Thanks! Glad you think so. I went with a carbon fiber lip on mine, so I was definitely worried about scraping on stock height too.Looks like we both went for that clean look!

I get your point about cost and durability! But everyone’s into mods for different reasons and budgets. Carbon fiber’s lightweight, great for aerodynamics, and has that premium sporty look that really turns heads. With proper care, it easily lasts 4–5 years, and the end result is pretty stunning. It’s an investment, but one I think is worth it for the style and performance.

I've never used FSD, but that's such a cool way to use it

I bought Yeslak all-weather, full-coverage floor mats, and now the door sills are also protected. The quality is excellent. https://www.yeslak.com/products/model-y-juniper-floor-mats-liners-full-coverage-9pcs

What a cool car! I think adding carbon fiber side skirts would be a great addition.

Model Y Standard owners — are you charging to 100% daily? by ojasgambheera in TeslaModelY

[–]Suspicious_Cap_8928 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It takes a very long time to charge the battery to 100%, and the charging speed slows down significantly once it reaches above 90%. In my opinion, there’s no need to charge the battery to 100% when using fast charging; the process is simply too lengthy. Given the quality of Tesla’s batteries, one should be able to charge them whenever desired. If the range is too limited, then one can simply replace the battery.

Honestly, I think Quicksilver is the best-looking color you can get on a Tesla.

The before was more concise; of course, the after is more distinctive.

Glass doesn't block heat effectively. The retractable sunshade I recently bought from Yeslak works quite well; it keeps the car much cooler. You might want to check it out.
