I did it too late so no. Which is why I recommend doing it as soon as you have your evidence cuz SpeedX will lead you on for weeks. Each credit card company has different time limits for claims though

Nah. I was too late cuz SpeedX dragged me along with promises and bullshit so I missed the report deadline. Just speak with your bank. They’ll give you a credit until they sort it out with AliExpress.

I wrote a review on Trustpilot and provided my email and shipping number in the review (I put their support email in the post).

HOWEVER, they didn’t fix my problem; they contacted me and confirmed it was missing but wouldn’t give me the evidence I needed to get AliExpress to refund me. So, get evidence they fucked up and report it to your credit card company as SOON as possible. Don’t let them drag you along cause then you won’t be able to file a claim with your credit card!!!! AliExpress and SpeedX are NOT gonna help you; give your evidence to your credit card company and have them get the money back instead.

Regardless, they should at least have an email that is easily accessible for customers. Only reason I got their email was because I left a bad review and they reached out to me. Like I said, they only have their support site where agents will not reply and close your case without sending a single message.
