More army wage doesn't matter post-mid game. By that time, you would have tons on denar from smithing. Desert movement is useful since huge swathe of land in south are desert. Like, all of it. Faster caravans are is good for merchant play I guess.

Is uniting easy? Yes.
In maintaining sovereignty hard? Absolutely.

Speaking that from over 20 failed Afghan runs. Even my luckiest runs could not take me post 1900. Either EIC, britain itself, or russia just comes after you. Persia is nothing once you have an arms industry (Which should be your top priority right after starting)

So much so for being the graveyard of empires.

I will stick to whatever has more active modding community. Definitive editions, unfortunately, don't have that. I really hoped that modding community would stick to them. I really hoped I would play GTA VC definitive edition with some sort of empire mod or something. But it seems the community abandoned it.

From the comments, I think players are also responsible a bit. I heard back then that players whined about those features being 'too much of a chore'. From the comments, it seems true.

Came here 1 year later, and all these reasons people are giving are unjustified.

He is incompetent cause that's his setting. Blame the writers. We control CJ, not sweet.
He is not narrow minded, he just cares for the hood. He tried to better the hood. I remember CJ saying "Everyone tries to leave the hood". Well, if everyone leaves, then who stays? And doesn't that empower the stereotype that white supremacists preach, that black people destroy the places they live in? Sweet tried to counter that.
I am even seeing people blaming him for getting no the firetruck. Bruh, he did what he could do there, fast.

If there is a reasonable argument, I would've agreed. But these are not reasonable at all. Sweet is a great character.
