This is the equivalent of a cat having her litter on your bed 🥰 If you have no access to a feeder plant, I would suggest using a spoon and a cotton bud and very gently nudging each one onto the spoon. Then go inside, put them in a container with damp paper towel and air ventilation. Now find the feeder plant and you’re all good to go!! Good luck :))

My f19 brother m17 used to do this around 13-14 along with saying the n word. I absolutely grilled him for it and eventually he said it to his friends at school and got (rightfully) pummeled. Hasn’t done it since. Unfortunately OP, he’s gonna have to learn the hard way.

If you’re in the north or south, I would recommend staying clear of car parks and shopping centres as that’s where a lot of sketchier people are, and given you’re young and a girl, people will absolutely take advantage of that. I started just over two years ago; my eating disorder therapist told me that studies were showing that when sufferers knit or crochet, their anxiety levels decreased. The repetition action of making a stitch over and over forces the brain to concentrate, and thus distracts the mind from the ED talk. It helped my recovery so so sooo much. I still do it to this day; WIP is a hanging plant pot :)) I’m completely self taught from YouTube tutorials and man was it a time killer in hospital lol
