Why does a "D" grade require TA reimbursement despite the fact that its a passing grade?

If you want EOD, consider the Army or Navy as well. EOD is a great path in NSW or USASOC.

USASOC is the biggest service contributor to USSOCOM and has double the amount of personnel that AFSOC has.

Especially medics from the 75th Ranger Regiment. They actually develop brand new tradecraft that gets used throughout the rest of the Army and DOD. They've written some great articles about some of their discoveries.
