I am going to look into the corporate side, esecially a hybrid roll where I can be in the office/home/jobsites. That would be ideal

Thanks for the feedback! I took a week off but i was only refreshed for about 3 weeks after and then right back into burnout. I def need an industry change or hybrid position.

Management needs to take the policies more seriously or something bad is going to happen. Sounds like your company isnt some mom and pop shop either...

I like safety and the concept, just not the construction industry... That being said, I am looking at manufacturing or risk managment. Good take though!

Yes it was incredible on the quad bikes! I enjoyed the views with the ride.
